Arul M.J. (Director)
A Ph.D. in Psychology, he has over 30 years of experience in management education and executive development. His experience spans across IIM-Ahmedabad, IRMA-Anand and SPJIMR-Mumbai. While at S.P. J ain I nstitute of M anagement & R esearch, he coordinated the institute's doctoral programme with BITS -Pilani, besides teaching OB and HR subjects in the regular postgraduate business management programme. He was with SDM-Institute for Management Development, Mysore , before joining as Director of the MBA Programme at Presidency College , where he had been Dean earlier.

Rajiv R.K. Massey

A PhD in Organizational Psychology from IIT, Kharagpur, Dr. Massey started his career in the Corporate HR of HMT Ltd, Bangalore . He worked for ten years in different positions, including those in the Management Development Institute of HMT Ltd. The last position he held there was Manager HRD. He then moved to Soaltee Group of Companies, Khatmandu , Nepal , which was then the largest diversified and professionally managed group, running JVs with reputed foreign companies in sectors like hospitality, tea, tobacco, hydropower, etc. The last position he held there was Vice President - HR.

Dr. Massey is an Accredited Facilitator of Team Management Systems from York , UK . He worked as an HR consultant (mostly in the area of Training & Management Development as well as Recruitment for companies in UAE) before joining Allahabad Agricultural Institute, a Deemed University . He started the MBA Programme there and was Dean, College of Business Studies , till June 2005. He was also a PhD guide and his first supervised PhD was awarded in January 2005. 
Besides having published papers in reputed journals of HR, General Management and Organizational Behaviour, Dr. Massey has been credited with the script of a management training film Where Do We Go From Here . His interests are in psychological counselling, stress management and management training.

Satarupa Misra
Holds an MFC from Utkal University and has four years of experience. Before joining Presidency Business School , she was with IBAT School of Management. Her interest areas include Banking & Financial institution and corporate finance. Two of her research studies have been in the banking sector.

Salim G. Sonnekhan
Holds an MBA with specialisation in Marketing & Finance. In his corporate experience of about five years, he was Sr. Corporate Sales Officer for two years at Adiva Net , Mumbai, selling web space to corporates and making corporate tie-ups. He was Marketing Officer for three years at the Associated Cement Companies Ltd, Bangalore , covering a vast territory in Karnataka. He then moved to academics and was Sr. Lecturer at East West College of Management, teaching subjects of both Bangalore-University and VTU-Belgaum syllabi.

Sultania G.P.
A graduate in Commerce and Law, he is an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, Kolkata, and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Of his total industrial experience of over twenty years, 15 have been post professional qualification in Law and Finance. He has a teaching experience of six years. He has taught Law and Finance subjects to MBA students at Wigan & Leigh and ICFAI. He is also an active member of Bangalore Chapters of ICA, ICSI and ICWAI.

Prakash B. Yaragol
An M.Com. (with specialisation in Accounting and Taxation) from Karnataka University , Dharwad, he did his Ph.D. on Mergers and Acquisitions from Gulbarga University , Karnataka. He has worked for seven years in G.R.G. Women's Degree College , Shahabad, and five years in the Post-Graduate Department of Management Studies, Gulbarga University . Besides having participated in staff- and management development programmes, Dr. Prakash has attended and presented papers in national and international conferences, seminars and workshops.

Mr. R. Srinivasan (Head of the Department)
He has got total 11 years of experience in Industry and 3 years in teaching. He is an expert in arranging training programmes worked in different organization at various levels. He has done his MS in Information Technology from Bharathidasan University , Tiruchirapalli with a B. E (Mech) background. He was promoted from Lecturer post to Assistant Professor and been appointed as Head of the Department in Jayam College of Engineering & Technology where he was working before joining Presidency. He avails a life membership of Indian Society for Technical Education and Computer Society of India.

Attended various conferences, workshops and seminars sponsored by AICTE, ISTE etc. Conducted various faculty development programmes and value added courses, invited as a guest lecturer for Software Testing programme. His area of research interest is Software Testing and would like to concentrate in developing research activities in it

Mrs. Vimala Joshi.
I am Vimala Joshi. I did my MCA from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal in the year 2003. I have developed a software "Automated Accuracy and Calibration Software" for L&T, Mysore in 2003, which they are using now for testing the Energy Meters. Then in 2004 June I started my career in Teaching and joined SMS College and worked there for 2 years (till March 2006). I handled different papers such as C, Visual Basic, Oracle, Database Management System, Software Engineering, Operating System, Data warehousing and UNIX shell programming. During this I attended two workshops conducted by Mangalore University .

Since my area of interest is Software testing and Quality Assurance I took training in Software testing (Manual) and some Automation Tools such as Winrunner, QTP, Test Director and Visual Source Safe From Infics Solutions, Bangalore.

Gowri Manoj Kumar
With a qualification of M. Phil and MCA from Bharathidasan University . Has been in teaching field since 5 years. Subjects that is handling System Software, System Analysis and Design & C++. C, DBMS , Computer based optimization techniques, Computer Graphics. Her area of research interest is Cryptography, Information Security, Data Hiding.
