Prof M J Arul is equipped with a Doctorate in the revised theory of FIRO. In addition to the qualification and knowledge domain in hand, Dr. Arul has also worked for the industry and has behind him/her an experience of 34yrs in various profiles. With this vast experience of his, Dr. Arul has been involved in various academic profiles for the past 15 years. With a sense of dedication, commitment and perseverance he has been keenly involved in all academic activities and matters pertinent to the Governing Council of the Institution. All courses are reviewed by him in frequent intervals; the methodology and course material are planned in advance for maximum academic experience. With his expertise he also promotes a strong nexus between industry and academics.
